Help with getting into .PAC Files

I am trying to get into a WWE Smackdown vs RAW 2007 ISO to change the entrance music to my own but I am having problems finding it and problems getting into .PAC Files. I'm assuming the entrance music are probably .at3's stuck in there somewhere. Does anyone know how to get into .PAC files or a program that will allow me to do so if possible.
