So how do you find out which ps2 you have? I need to find a way to play the backups. What is the easiest without having to solder? model number scph-50001

to find what version you have

the only solderless solution for a Modchip is called a DMS4 EZI

u still have to open the PS2 which is tricky at times.

i forgot to mention that, the DMS4EZi is the only Solderless MOdchip, u can still play backups with Swap Magic and other accessories if you dont want to install a modchip...

Just google it, i will find Loads of info
