I have used Decryptor,Alcolhol 120%, and Nero and none would work on Socom 3......I got an error message about 25% read....please help..

Try cleaning the disc. Sounds like there's a read problem on the disc at that point where it fails. If that doesn't work, then the disc is most likely too damaged to copy.
