Ps2 will not read DVD games.

My Ps2 doesn't seem to be reading PS2 based games or DVDs any more.It works with everything else and I was considering buying a new laser. I have tried using the adjusting screws non the back of the laser but this does not help. Could someone recommend a way which may fix this before i go and spend money on a laser and if i do have to where and what brand etc i shoud buy. I have found one one the net for £12.99

if you have a slim ps2 that is a good price for a laser but if tou have a fat ps2 then i dought you will get one for under £30
