Digital 8 Camcorders

I used to own a Standard 8mm and Digital 8 camcorder but now I don't have them anymore but I do have an extensive collection of 8mm,Hi8,and D8 tapes that I would like to tranfer to computer and burn on DVD discs. If I were to get a backwards compatible Digital 8 camcorder, I would also like to be able to record some of my band performances direct audio into the camcorder. I know that Sony use to make a Digital 8 with audio inputs but not sure what model it is. So my question is: Which Sony Digital 8 camcorder model has backwards compatability, audio input(mic in) has memory stick, and I-Link (Analog-to-Digital Conversion)if available new or used? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
