How do I burn Toxic OS .41

I've downloaded the Toxic OS .41 but am not sure how to burn it to CD. Everything I've read says "just burn it". Is there anything tricky to it or do I just throw all the files onto a CD and burn it as a regular CD.

The following files were in the downloaded Toxic folder...

toxicos-manual.pdf
install-script.txt
license.txt
TOS_U041.ELF
ToxicOs-Upgrade-0.41.bin
ToxicOS-Upgrade-0.41.cue

What do I do with these files?

I forgot to mention that I have Nero 7 as my cd burning software.

Yeah just burn the bin/cue with something like Nero.
