Hi, i want to use a hdd on my ps2. I have the network adaptor, and im intereted in using the independence exploit to copy hdloader/hdadvance onto the memory card. Only problem is that i don't have swap magic or a modchip, so i have no ay of booting the burned cd-r with the files. Is there any other way to transfer the files to the mem, usb pen or something?

use your chip or swap magic to boot the CD-R disk you just burnt as if it were a PS2 game, you should see the PS2 splash screen then the screen will go black and then text pops up saying 'installing exploit' then copying file 'XXXXXXX'

if you know anyone els with a chip or boot disks they can install if for you
