I just flashed my drive an ms25 yesterday with xtreme 42b. Have all my backups running smoothly without a problem. Haven't noticed anything different on my xbox. Backups and originals all work fine. Now I have been reading that most people have encountered that "open tray" error message on the dashboard. Is it a matter of time before I too end up experiencing this? Or it's a random thing? How can I avoid this or fix this? Or is the rubber band trick the only thing that can fix it now? Thanks in advance!

I flashed my drive a few months ago now, all my back ups worked fine for a good 6 weeks and then i got a few open tray errors. I was then told to burn my games at x4 and since then all has been ok :-)
I also switched from a cheap media to the recommended Verbatim disks.

When I had the errors all I done was tapped the eject button fast twice and the game would load.
Hopefully though yours will be fine with no troubles :-)
