How do I burn PS2 files on my harddrive to DVD for backup

I have the river the cup but cant get my mouth open to drink th water help.

no really i just got a flip top case with swap magic
i have Nero
i have dvd decrypt
i have converttodvd
dvd +- writer

so i could use some help about how to get these ps2 files to disc and then how to get them to work on my ps2

I have read some threads about how to back up the files with the disc ..but i need to know how to do it if i just have the ps2 files on my harddrive???
