Hi im new to the xbox 360 modding or xbox in general. Ive always had a ps2 and nintendo but im going to buy a 360. Can someone just briefly explain to me the steps i need to take to be able to play backups. I am thinking i dont want to open up and solder and tinker with a $300 and up system depending on which one i buy. Can someone explain other methods. I saw a thing called blaster 360 and it said it takes 5 minutes to install. That would be nice. I just need a starter kit basically on what to do seeing as how there are none on the internet, or none that i can find to introduce me to the xbox 360 modding scene.

You'll have to open up your 360 regardless of what you choose to do.
