Driver error when installing Vista on virtual machine

I'm trying to install Vista onto a virtual machine at the minute, using VMware Workstation 4.5.1.

I get error messages from which I can't proceed (see screenshots below). Its asking me to select the driver to be installed, but for what? Im running the virtual machine with 512ram and 10gb hard drive. The vista iso is mounted to the virtual drive through VMware.

If anyone needs anymore info just ask.
