nero6 multisession on nero5???

Hi, I've burned a multisession disc on Nero 6 Ultimate and then took the cd to another computer with Nero 5.5xx hoping to continue the multisession disc but it's not working. Are Nero 6 sessions inherently incompatible with Nero 5.5? or is there some way i can make Nero 5.5 compatible multisession discs with Nero 6?
