My CPU Usage has been acting crazy, jumping up and down all of a sudden. Making my laptop unable to work with, can hardly open programs. Performance is very slow.

Instead of X-mas shopping, I have spent **my day and night** doing full scans with the latest detection updates of Ad-Aware SE Personal and Spybot S&D 1.4. Plus I have removed most files and programs and also have cleaned computer using disk clean-up and disk defragmentation tools from Windows but nothing helps.

Here below is the log of the Hijack program, does anybody know what is wrong? Help me please.
