I want to play my NCAA 07 online and I am aware that I need to use the WinDIP tool to replace the DNAS thing. The only problem is that I dont have the .iso anymore, all I have is the disc. Is it possible to patch it on the disc or to make the disc into another .iso?

Not possisble to patch it on the disc AFAIK. Rip the ISO from the disc that you have now. Use DVD Decrypter. Mode->ISO->Read, Select destination, and click on the DVD to Hard Drive picture. When the ripping process is complete an ISO will be produced, which you can patch with WinDIP and reburn to a new disc.
