Hey everyone, I have a problem that I can't seem to figure out w/ my box. I am a noob to the whole xbox mods but I know I have a chip inside my box and evo x and avalaunch. Anyways the problem I am having is that there is no video coming from the box to my TV. I could hear the audio of the xbox starting up but I see no picture. I have a monster cable which I thought was the problem, so I sent it back to monster co. and they sent me a new cord no problems. So I tried the new cord and everything was fine for a couple of weeks then the problem arose again. I tried using the audio/video cord that connects to the back of the tv(where the cable line is @) and still no picture. Can anyone please help me figure this thing out.

Sounds like your console's graphic chip is busted for good, maybe it's time to get a new 'box. Luckily they are rather cheap nowadays.

Probably the TV isn't the problem here, but I suggest that you check (for example) with a dvd-player that it works all right with your TV.

Is the led on your Xbox blinking red?

I checked and the TV isnt the problem because my dvd player still works on it. The light on the xbox is set to random colors so it shows green, orange, and red. But something I found strange was that my xbox worked with the regular AV cable (That came with the xbox originally) and it wont work with the monster cable altough I know that the monster cable still works.

Is the Monster cable an RGB-cable? If yes, then test what happens if you use RGB-signal with the dvd-player.

Did you connect the cable to RCA-connectors or to scart-connector?

Your TV's scart-connector might also be the source of the problem, the scart-connectors have a tendency to have contact errors. The mechanical design is usually very poor, when you constantly plug and unplug the cord to the connector the soldering points can slighty break which causes errors (I have seen this situation with many TV-sets).
