i have a xbox version 1.1 with a xecuter 2.6ce and i want 2 know if i can go online with halo 2 saved on hdd so my question is if i boot up halo 2 and when i playing halo 2 if i turn my modchip off then if i go to xbox live will i still get banned ?

if its from the hard drive then yes you will get banned just put the game in and cold boot and you will be fine, assuming you dont have modded maps
