What do I name the application folder?

When ever i use FXP from computer to xbox I just can't seem to be able to get anything in my Applications folder to show up. I have no clue what I am doing wrong. All the other folders are working properly. I'm trying to put Xored mini launcher 2.2 on it. These are my exact names:

E/Applications/(then all the stuff Xored came with in here)
What am i doin wrong? Is my name for the Applications folder correct?
