i called a friend of mine who says that their isnt an actual reliable mod for the 360. he also says that one should be available in january whihc is completely reliable and stable. can anyone give me some insight into problems that ppl have been having or can anyone give me some info that proves that an actual rleiable and stable 360 mod is out?

Your friend doesn't know what he's talking about. There's been a stable mod for booting backups available to the public for almost 6 months. There just isn't a mod for homebrew yet.

i suggest u dont any more info from him anymore..

now there is an extreme fw 5 which lets u play backups and even xbox 1 backups and even backups on single layer discs....i have been through like 3 different fw numbers and i havent had any problems with any.... hope this helped....
