No.What i Mean is ... plug the play station 2 cords into the composite In's and display it on my monitor.i know there is a software out there that can handle this as long as u have the hard ware.well this is what im told.im suppose to pay money to the company that sold me the computer for them to set it up .but why should i.. u kno.thats rippin me off.if theres a software i can get or even sum kind of adapter to plug my ps2 cords into the composite audio video inputs.that will allow me to view my playstation 2 like a normal tvz AV channel.then i will do what i can to get it.but in the meantime im not ready to support HP by giving them money to set my computer up.i dont know alot about this subject im not stupid either.im new to this reasoon i need help.i have looked and looked ... certain google searches lead to me forums talking about chrisTV! buti dont want a internet tv software... all i want is to plug my ps2 into the computer have it recognize my playstation 2 the same way it recognizes a video camera..show up on my monitor and allow me to switch it to av or sum kind of channel so that i kan view my playstation2 on the computers monitor...thats all..Ive alse read in one of the forums of a way of using the oldskool RF cords hooking it up in the back of the computer, and fine tuning ur media center to recieve ur ps2... but as far as im concerned thats a myth.. and im out for the truth and something that WORKS!!! so unless u read the thread properly dont waste my time with a half a$$ post..im only interested in the truth details..if it cant be done fair enough but give me a short explanation why

Wow, you think that type of attitude will get you a resonse from people here?
If you had looked at these forums you would know this is not the right forum for this question. There are countless PS2 forums where you will get more answers. Although with your attitude you just displayed I won't help you.
Asked that this be moved.

passsion, post like a normal frickin' human being. no one can read and understand those blobs of grammatical error and distracted thought you've posted.
just run your butt down to RadioShack or any electronics store and find adapter cables that will work with the inputs on your computer and with your ps2.
then plug it in, fire up the native tv tuner software on your Media Center pc, set it to composite input, and away you go.
see how easy that is to understand? *hint hint nudge nudge*

Are you sure these are inputs and not outputs? What is the video card you are using? Most brand computers do not come with capture cards.

Thanks for the reply...well i think the video card is 713x BDA analog capture..
im not sure let me explain..i have just recently found away of using the PS2 on the computer using the composite inputs.after hooking it up i downloaded Intervideo WINdvd creator 3..
opened up this option -> "capture from device" ...
and clicked on the "analog capture devices " tab..
from here i right clicked the device " 713x BDA analog Capture "
changed the settings to composite in...
and it shows the images coming from the ps2...
from here the audio came out crap very distorted, and not loud..to temporarily solve this problem i plugged the ps2 audio cords into my audio reciever on my stereo component system and run it from AUX channel..
because i am watching the ps2 on the computer thru WINDVD'z preview window... there are alot of pauses and skips in frames...
It records perfectly but doesnt preview the frames at 100% real time.
this prgram proved to me that it can be done...all i need now is a program that ONLY handles composite input channels...or channels that support composite in..
becoz WINDVD is a dvd creator it only supports composite inputs for the reason of capture to record and burn.. the preview window is not 100% real time.. like i mentioned before it tends to skip and pause frequently..
so if anyone knows of any software out there that could help me out.. please gat back to me ... the help would be very much appreciated ! thanks!
