I HAVE BACKED UP ALL MY PS2 GAMES SO FAR, HAD TO REBUILD CERTAIN GAMES, BUT I HAVE ALWAYS MANAGED TO GET THEM WORKING.

BUT RECENT GAMES I HAVE TRIED, ROCKY, TONY HAWKS PROJECT 8, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET WORKING.

IM STUCK AS I HAVE CARRIED OUT SAME PROCESS AS OTHERS!

DVD DECRYPTER
ISO BUSTER
DVD GEN
APACHCE 2 & 3
BURN WITH DVD DYCRYPTER

DO I NEED UPDATED SOFTWARE??

ANY HELP MUCH APPRECIATED GUYS

try using Alcohol 120 for everything.. and double check if you even need to rebuild

cheers for the reply, i will have a go with alcohol and something that i sumtimes forget to do is to burn at a slower speed than the dvd accepts, i am usin a sony rewritable with 2.4 and 4 speeds!
then when i know its workin i am usin a dvd that all my other games work fine on, is it the sony dvds givin my grief?

Its not the Sony disc as such, its the fact its an RW.
99.9% of PS2 can't read RW discs, and theyre bad for the laser anyway
If you use a good quality 8x DVD-R like Sony, Verbatim, RITEK G05 & burn at 4x with Nero, Alcohol or DVDecrypter then they should work 1st time every time anyway.
