I have crash bandicoot and Syphon Filter but when i tried to put Syphon Filter into the same folder it asked to replace it. Can i rename it or somthing

so you tried to put it into the iso folder ? if so then you can name the isos what you want just rename one of them

Nope, these are PSX games who need an eboot.PHP, if you rename that that game won't work. Place each of them in their own folder in GAME folder, should work.
