i think he means while he's emulateing a firmware or maybe he ment will he still have homebrew hmm....

clear it up alittle...if you upgrade to 3.03 all homebrew gone! but if you want 3.02 features you can get the new hacked firmware called 3.02OE.A..but if emulating a firmware the homebrew will come up as corrupted data...answer your questin? maybe?

no it wont brick...BUT if you upgrade to 3.00 everything is gone for homebrew,iso everything...after you upgrade past 2.81(since 2.8 got a downgrader out but still needs work for higher succes rate) you are leaving the world of hombrew for a long time....but if you want the features of the new 3.02 you can just upgrade to 3.02OE-A edition its a hacked firmware that keeps the homebrew and has the features of 3.02(no location free player though) not really a big deal either havnt really talked to any one who uses it anywayss....only applays to you if you have a 1.5 or a 2.71se hacked firmware..

DONT UPGRADE just use the custome firmwares man trust me people always regraet upgradeing
