Changing region of a ps2 game?

Hey, I was asked to try and convert a ps2 game from it's original American region to European region. Could someone please advise me on what software to use and maybe a step to step run through of how exactly to do it, if it's not too much trouble.

1. Get http://orthogonl.byethost9.com/files/PS2...yfix_source.zip
2. Open program, browse to ISO file, click on Patch File
3. Burn patched ISO

Alternatively, if it doesn't work try using ADRPatcher: http://orthogonl.byethost9.com/files/PS2...atcher059ap.rar (follow same procedure but select NTSC to PAL in the dropdown menu)
