i was thinking of gettin a 360. but i have never used a xbox in my life.
so i dont know how to play backups.
i've been searching round the forums and its jus confusing me.
why couldnt it be like ps2 swap magic!
can someone tell me how i can play backups on 360?

To be able to play backups on your 360 you will need to take the dvd drive out of the console and connect it to your pc so you can flash the firmware. this puts an upgraded firmware on the drive. there are many guides out there, just search xbox scene or xbox360-hacks, as well as afterdawn. it will take a fair amount of swotting up time till you are confident of doing it.

If you are in the UK i no a very good xbox360 chipper, he chips xbox360 for 40pounds and after its chipped it`ll play backups,

does it make any difference when you chip a core version or full one?
if the core version is modded can it play xbox 1 games too?
