Hi, Ok short version.. my dad has managed to forget his security code for his phone.. any way to reset the security code? or reset the whole phone to factory default.. not a big problem if the latter as I can put his contacts etc back on for him no probs and he has them stored on sim too... thanks for any help with this, he's only had the phone around 4 weeks :(

Please supply the phones IMEI number. This is the 15 digit seial number underneat the battery or press *#06#.

Do I just enter that code in the place of the current security code? like go to change access codes and when it asks for the security code enter that??

If so, then no that one doesn't work.. thanks anyway.
