Difficulty Burning Cue-Files In Nero 7 Plus another Problem

I purchased Nero 7 about 2 days ago. One I got it, I went to my favorite site to download the cue-files. I burned two disc successfully and then today I can't for some reason. When I go into importing the files. I get an error message that says "AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE LOADING THE CUE SHEET FILE"! For some reason all of a sudden I cannot even go into the Nero Express and import a mp3 either. I click on the add button to look up the file, and I get a non-responsive message. So, all in all. I can't really do anything now. I'm uninstalled about 7 or 8 times. Reinstalled the same amount of times. I've also gone into the registry to delete anything that is Nero. I still get this message. I did click on the Cue file sheet itself to see what its programmed to open with. It says it opens with Nero Burning ROM. Yet, I thought its suppose to open with Nero Express? I tried to change the association. Yet, I cannot find the Nero Express File. It doesn't seem to be there. Can anyone help me with this? Here is the Cue File Sheet I'm trying to import: (CUE_FILE)_DJ_River_-_The_Orange_Room_(Spring 2005)_.cue, the site that I'm downloading the Cue files from will be included.
