I downloaded this file, and have the instructions all ready to install into the PSP but this file i downloaded, how do we open it , im very new at this , i tried to put it to either .zip or .rar but it still doesnt work , can someone explain on how i extract this file and obtain what it is in it so i can continue on installing it into my psp ?
