Re-authoring a 'Test' DVD

I have the Avia Guide to Home Theater and want to get rid of all the 'crap' (about 3/4 od the DVD) and just have the reference test signals available. I tried DVD Shrink and Clone DVD to do this buit all I wind up with is either a long list of chapters or just access to titles and some of the chapters.

I never 'edited' a DVD as to re-sort the titles/chapters before and have no idea how do do this.

Any suggestions?
