Stupid easy question about slax live cd burning

Ok im about to flash my V78 drive and know how and what to do I just cant get my PC to read my slax live cd I think I burned it wrong can some one tell me what files to burn, all of them? I also have a flashdrive if its easier to use it how can I? When I tell it to read the disk it just has the line go down about 5 times then stops and puts my monitor in standby.

Just burn the .iso to a DVD or CD with any burning program. Select burn image to disk and make sure your PC boot drive is set to DVD/CD Rom.

I open it in WinRAR and I cant find any .iso files all it has is, make_iso.bat and make iso.sh. The first time I burned it I put the live-cd.iso in rar format in Nero and burned it but that didnt work.
