Hi!

I'm new to this, so please me gentle. I searched a LOT in google, read hundrets of tutorials and found tons of downgrader/upgrader/easy installer and such.

What I want to do: downgrade my FW 2.71 (no TA-082-Board) to 1.5 and upgrade to the latest FW v3.02 OE-B. Is there any downgreader/installer you would recommend to use? I know how to read a readme, so I could do it by hand too, but if there's a safe installer I would appreciate its help (don't want to brick my 2 days old PSP).

I read something about a Generic 2.71 downgrader. Should I use this one instead of something like this http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/755 ?

What's the advantage of keeping FW 1.5 and using devhook instead of flashing to FW v3.02 OE-B?

Currently I have a 64MB memory stick but I plan to purchase a 2GB or 4GB memory stick. Should I do the downgrade/upgrade with the 64MB or with the large stick? Does it make a difference at all?

Thanks for help, it's much appreciated.

Greetings

MJFox
