Hi Guys and gals

First off im new to the forums so hello and merry xmas

Santa brought me a psp for Xmas and i have read all your guides and threads and im still a little confused

I have a PSP with FW 2.81 , IC1003 and an L on my barcode.

now allot of these threads i have read are years old and some i have read are now saying IC1003 is no longer a problem.

All i want to do is play iso's and maybe doom/quake

What do i need to do?

Please help, I have read and searched but like i said there too much info and most of it is 2 years old

Any help is appreachiated

i have to say you'll have to wait abit before you can play your iso games as the bad news is there is now way you can play them on your fw 2.81 psp yet there has been progress with downgraders for 2.80 and your motherboard but as for 2.81 its still not possible

ive talked to some ppl and they're saying that it is still impossible to downgrade on an ic1003

is this true? and how safe is it, i dont want to brick it, only got it yesterday!

Ok so by the sounds of thing i need devhook and henC to play iso's, but it is only available at 2.80 or 2.71 one or the other, and as i have a TA-082 i cannot downgrade

So i will have to wait for a downgrader OR a dechook and henC compatable with 2.81?

Am i getting this right?
