PSP BRICKED WITH AN UPGRADE 2.81

HI.
I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A PSP WITH THE ATV OFF ROAD PACKAGE.
WHEN I WAS PLAYIN SONIC IT TOLD ME THAT IT NEED AN UPGRADE.
WHEN IT WAS INSTALLING THE UPGRADE MY COUSIN GOT OFF THE UMD AND THE UPDATE WAS CANCEL. I TRYED INSERTIN THE UMD BUT THE PSP SAYD TO ME THAT THE DISC COULDNT READ. Y TRYED A LOT OF TIMES BUT THE PSP KEPT SAYIN ME THE SAME. AND MY UNIQUE OPTION WAS TURN IT OFF WITH THE HOPE OF WHEN I GO TO TURN IT ON IT GOES.
BUT NO AND MY PSP ONLY TURNS ON THE GREEN LIGHT AND A FEW SECONDS LATER IT TURN OFF.
I DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM IM REALLY DESESPERATED.
IM NOT FROM USA IM FROM VENEZUELA AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO GOING TO THE WARRANTY OR BUY ANOTHER.

Well, first lets not try caps lock, since I don't quite understand you, I think you recently bought your psp, so it should have a warranty, just bring it back in with out the memory stick and say somethings wrong with your psp, if there is no sony store near you, go to sony.com and look for a sony factory or coporation or so near you.

its probably bricked,to cancel the update wasn't a good idea
if it is bricked you need a new motherboard
