I have followed the online guides (every guide i have found has been the same) and succesfully loaded the 3.02 custom firmware 0E-A with the intention of playing my old psOne games but everytime i try to use the OE-B update i get "the game could not be started. (80020148) " error message. i have tried everything i can some one please help me i cant figure this one out and i have so many psOne games i cant wait to play on my psp

You have to make a new folder called GAME150 and than put the 3.020eb update folder in it.
