Does anyone have this game running? I have a 2.71 TA-082. I tried several Devhooks and they said I need like a firmware 2.81 or better to get this to work.

Anyone have any suggestions? And anyone have that firmware to use?

MGS Portable Ops works with Devhook .51 emulating 3.01 as far as I've tested. :) Most probably will work on 3.02 OE as well.

Do you know where I can find the firmware dumps so I can plug it into my dh folder? The only firmwares I have are 2.71 and 1.5. All the other firmware folders are empty.

in devhook go to more options then UMD sfo version then set it to 2.xx to 2.00

i will let you know how it goes. I am re-installing Devhook and VSHEX mod again.

I tried to do the new OE-A stuff and I have no clue how to do it.

u cant install OE-A because u have the ta 082 if u install it ull 100% brick ur psp!!

Okay here is what I did. It just stalls at the end.

1. Run HEN D
2. Go into VSHEX mod by chunglam 1.65c3.
3. I chose my metal gear solid cso
4. i went to more options > SFO changed to 2.00 2.xx or something like that.
5. I went to start
6. Goes back to main screen
7. Insert UMD
8. I now see Metal Gear Solid and its music playing. I press enter.
9. It now goes to a black screen and the memory stick LED keeps on blinking like every 2 seconds.

10. Nothing happens, the light still blinks.

What is happening guys??
