Im having trouble with a PAL MGS iso for the PSX emulator on the new 3.02 OE-B firmware.
Someone suggested that i convert it from PAL to NTSC

Does anyone know a program which converts PSL PSone ISO's to NTSC PSone ISO's?

And then scroll down to "PALNTSC Color Mode Converter" and download it.
