Hi,

I have spent the last couple of days looking into changing firmware etc on my sons new psp.

It has a TA-082 mobo with 2.71 firmware.

I am still not clear what I can do with this, am I right in thinking
I can downgrade to 2.50 and then update to 2.71se-c?

If not what route do I go to get iso and homebrew working.
I have been googling but cannot find a real idiots guide.

as u may know TA-082 dosnt go lower then 2.50 and you must have 1.50 to get se or the new oe so im sorry u wont be able to get those

but u can stick to 2.71 and use hen-d to emulate 1.50 those u will be able to play iso's and outher homebrews such as devhook
