Can't get popstation working!

Hi

I can't get popstation to work (ps1 game converter to psp) when i click the exe file it just exits, the black screen comes up and then it closes at the same second. I installed the cygwin1.dll file to my system32 folder but still not working. How do i get this to work?

i am using that , but when i press convert a black screen shows up and then it closes right away. it didn't help

i got the dll file in the system 32 folder. i have base.pbp and keys.bin in the popstation folder

im not sure, but it didnt work when i tried to convert a .bin file but when i converted the file to iso it worked

however the game didnt work =/ i just get a dark screen when i start it and nothing else happens

u need to have teh BASE.pbp and the KEYS.bin in your popstation folder
