Have used diff programs to see if that was the problem (Nero, dvd decrp & Img burn, etc...) same results.

The games:
LOTR: The third age (battle scenes foes & allies won't show)
Black (can't play because opening movie freezes)
Onimusha 4 (Completed the game, then went back to play no it won't load past stage 4 screne)
24 The Game (game freezes)

I have 40+ back ups using all diff kinds of media and the main ones giving me problems is Verbatim. Could it be the burn speed? I always try to use the slowest speed...

also my burner only reads +r
