recovering from brick in 3.02OE

so i just want to clarify how the unbricking process in 3.02OE is done..
i thought as long as u have the 3.02OE firmware u could recover if semi-bricked, and u do NOT need to have the recovery folder before the bricking because u could hold R while booting and go into the recovery menu and enable usb mode there and then make a recovery folder and put the 1.5 eboot in it.
also no extra recovery program is required other than the 3.02oe firmware itself.
is that correct?

yeah thats correct, youll also need the RECOVERY folder to flash or run eboot

yea, but u dont need to keep a RECOVERY folder at all times with 1.5 eboot.pbp in it, u could just add it after u brick rite?
and if u have a brick u can still press R while powering on and u can still get into the recovery menu?
