My computer still works but it is slowing down. I need help in restoring it back to normal. If you know how to look and see if there are any problems with my comp please help me.

I am not an expert at HjT logs but it does not look like you have anything bad on the PC (from the HijackThis log).
Have you done a recent, full virus scan? I would update your virus definitions and then run a complete scan first. I noticed you have Norton Antivirus, it is a system hog and I would recommend AVG instead which is free and doesn't take up nearly as many resources as Norton. You can get it here.
A couple other things:
Is Windows up to date?
Have you recently defragmented your hard drive?
Let me know if any of that stuff works out. If your still having problems, or you just have any other questions, please post and I (or another member) will try and answer your questions.

If you only have 256 Megabytes of RAM in the computer it will slow down as the computer gets older. You really need 512 Megabytes RAM in a XP computer to have decent speeds.
How much RAM do you have?

Click Start -> Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> System
The amount of RAM you have is listed under "Computer" on the first screen (the "General" tab)
