How to get an EBOOT.PBP / KEYS.BIN file running with devhook?

hello there, i have search the threads here and even read the faq that someone linked in another post but i did not find anything that was actually helpful.

here is my simple question.

I have a game in the form of a EBOOT.PBP AND KEYS.BIN file.

I have devhook running and HENC.

Anyone have any idea where i can place these files so i can run them?

or can i only run ISO files?

i take it your trying to run a ps1 game. if so you can only play then from 3.02 OE-B at the moment
