I was wondering if its possible to add sound to the psx eboot file like you do with the icon and background.

EX.MGS Portable Ops when your at the ICON it plays the mgs theme music.

Is the SND0.AT3 file the sound file. If it is how do I convert a normal mp3 to that format?
