does anyone know how to make your photos look like one of those poloroid photos with captions? and if so how do people get the paper clip effect or the sticky tape on the edge of them?

Some of you may have noticed that I've started closing threads that have titles like "Help Please", "Help Me", "Need Help", etc,... You may be asking yourself exactly what my problem is. You may be thinking I'm being incredibly petty and if I have a problem with the thread titles I can change them myself. Just to make sure there's no confusion about this I'm going to let you know why I'm doing it.
