How do I play NTSC game import on a PAL tv????? Help

I have swap magic with a few imported games, the imports are NTSC format, when I play them they come up black and white, or if I load the game using the PAL option, the screen is pushed upwards, so everything is not visible, does anyone know how can I make a backup converting it to PAL or use a loader before loading the game that can fix the screen position?
Any help will be appreciated.

You need a converter its called:
NTSC-PAL Converter
