i just downloaded the trial and i clicked on ok it closed down . so is it still working or what do i need to do step by step

Find the little red fox-left click on it-it should open w/ a little red fox on your tool bar-insert movie to back-up - left click on fox on tool bar & at the top click on the drive where you have placed movie-copy to HD, etc.

You should see the Fox in your bottom right corner where your time and outher Icons are that means its running to not out the blocks if its not there its not on
