Which camcorder should I get?

Hello. I've been searching around NewEgg.com, TigerDirect.com, and Amazon.com for a camcorder that I would like to purchase.

My main specs I would like to have would be:

A DVD camcorder - NTSC
USB Streaming
Nightvision
Good image stabilization

I've searched for a while and found it's pretty hard to find a camcorder that has both DVD media and be able to USB stream. Most of what I've found were MiniDV camcorders.

On Amazon.com I've found the Samsung DC164 that looks ideal for me, but I cannot find any information on Samsung.com or Google as to whether it has nightvision or not.

I will mainly be using this camcorder for indoor use, but I would still like it to look good outdoors when I go on vacations.

My price range is around $200-$500 USD. If there are any camcorders with all of those specs and are in the price range, please inform me.
