WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY EXPLOIT?

ok my i have a V4 PS2 (not modded) and i been trying o load my exploit trouch my MC ive been using Independece compiler v4.1 i click on the MC format so the out come is and XPS file

I use my PSP to transfer it with my gameshark 2 v1.2 to my MC but the thing wont load with my trigger disc (MORTAL KOMBAT: TRILOGY) but it just loads the game
its souposed to load with elflaunch and i added cogswap and keylauncher

is there something im doing wrong?

this is the same thing that happens to me, i have my exploit and put it onto a USB load up a copied version of Codebreaker and copy the exploit from the USB to my Memory card. Then when I put my trigger disc in "Apocalypse" nothing happens, the game just loads.. anybody know whats wrong?
