My psp came with 2.6 and a toc-082 mobo,i upgraded to 2.71,
is it safe to downgrade to 1.5 and upgrade to 3.02 with the new
2.71 - 1.5 downgrade?

if u meant TA082 then yes, its actually quite safe to downgrade if u know what ur doing..

if not then u should wait for a fool-proof easy installer.. or mayb its already out im not sure
