I recently installed this on my laptop, can anyone here tell me is this program REAL, I mean it doesn't seem to DO anything, is it Spying on Me?

Looks real enough. Never used it so I don't know whats it's up to but it looks like it just watches over things in the backround and only reacts when it finds something.
