Does PSP firmware even go that high?

3 Days, I advanced from 2.6 homebrew tetris and commercial UMDs to 2.71 Devhook Emulation to 1.5>3.02 OE-A, Its the golden age of hacking

wtf? 9.99? the only way you can get a 9.99 firmware is with the firmware spoofer but i havent seen any isos that need the firmware spoofed tho..

it says this when i try playing it... "The system software of your PSP system is versio 2.71. To start, you must update to version 9.99 or later. For update methods, refer to the PSP system instructional manual."

run hend then rune devhook but take the umd disk out then on dev use firmware 2.71 and as the umd use the iso click start it brings you to the main menu then put umd disk in, then press and hold home for 3 secs then left analog 2 times then navigate to iso folder then right analog then highlight the game wait for the umd disk to show up then x try that.

it wont work... the image thumbnail is a cd with dummy umd on it and devhook nxt to it...

just wait and try again... if it doesnt work try getting the vise versa of the iso if its iso get cso or just get another copie
heres a bunch of them to evaluate, because i do not support piracy. i only evaluate
PSP ISO's

im pretty sure it depends on the iso but im not having the problem so i guess i cant answer that

No look, the reason im asking that is because i know of a iso/cso that has the same things hes talkin about. its was made to make a menu in the xmb to run isos and enable some of the plugins.

I thought u can change the version of the iso/cso's from 2.xx--2.00?

there's no song or anything. i just reinstalled hend n devhook but it still says it requires 9.99 or higher...

put xflash on ur psp , theres a firmwire spoof in it to give you 9.99FW , but to get it it will flash the frimwire on so there is a risk of bricking some how (like if u turn ur psp off in the middle of the 1sec flash lol)
